Sessie:  How to be Upbeat in a Downbeat World
Inhoud: Based on Roy's new (and free) online course "Be Stronger: mentally, emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually' he will share practical ways to develop mental toughness and resilience in order to reduce stress and anxiety.

Practical ways you can apply to work (when work gets back to normal) and for your personal life.

Sessie:  Forget about Customer Service, CX is the new normal!
Inhoud:  At an EVENT, brands enable participants to experience the brand’s promise. CX and experiential marketing meet in the creation of dynamic, rich, and emotional connections with brand followers and potential consumers that can generate FANS. At a particular event these connections occurring tend to be transactional and tactical; with CX, the connections occur continuously, consistently, and seamlessly at multiple touch points across channels along a Customer’s Journey.

CX is every interaction, or touch point, your customer has with your brand. It not only includes the interactions (WHAT), but also the perceptions and feelings (HOWS) the customer experiences.
Great CX is all about exceeding customer’s expectations, their expectations align with a brand’s value proposition, and this understanding of CX is transparent across the brand’s entire organization.

Sessie:  How to touch people, when your event is virtual
Inhoud:  When your event goes virtual, be sure to avoid the most important pitfalls. In this session, you can ask meeting designer Jan-Jaap In der Maur (Masters in Moderation) anything on interaction, engagement and how to make your participants feel that you genuinly reach out to them, even though you can’t touch them physically.
